The Lab Scale Mixer Machine is a very small laboratory or pilot-scale mixer designed for mixing small batches — usually in the range of a few kilograms. It is commonly used for testing and developing chemical formulations before committing to large-scale production. The compact design allows it to handle limited quantities of material with precision and consistency.
The mixer has a compact design with a small tank to handle limited quantities of material. It is powered by a low-capacity motor suitable for light-duty mixing tasks. The machine may include a simple manual or semi-hydraulic system for adjusting the mixing head. Different blade types can be fitted depending on the nature of the material being mixed. Due to its small size, it is easy to operate, clean, and maintain between formulation tests.
Step 1: The low-capacity motor drives the disperser shaft at the required speed — 70 RPM for gentle blending or 1400 RPM for high-speed dispersing.
Step 2: The disperser blade rotates inside the small tank, creating uniform material circulation and thorough dispersion of all ingredients.
Step 3: The blade type can be changed depending on the material — different blades suit different viscosities and formulation types.
Step 4: The manual or semi-hydraulic head adjustment allows the operator to position the blade precisely within the tank for optimal mixing.
Step 5: Once the test batch is complete, the compact size makes the machine easy to clean quickly and set up for the next formulation test.
