The Hi Speed Mixer with Scrapper is an advanced industrial mixing machine designed for efficient and uniform blending of materials. It is powered by a strong electric motor and equipped with a hydraulic system for easy lifting and operation. Inside the mixer, a rotating blade ensures continuous movement of the material throughout the vessel.
Side scrapers are installed to prevent material from sticking to the vessel walls, continuously bringing it back to the center of the mixing zone. This ensures no material remains unmixed. As the material circulates continuously, a highly consistent and uniform mixture is achieved. The hydraulic system allows the mixer to be tilted or lifted for easy discharge. Suitable for batches of approximately 100–200 kg.
Step 1: The electric motor powers the rotating mixing blade at high speed, creating strong material circulation throughout the vessel.
Step 2: The rotating blade moves material continuously in all directions — ensuring uniform blending with no unmixed pockets.
Step 3: Side scrapers run along the vessel walls, preventing material build-up and returning it to the mixing zone at all times.
Step 4: The hydraulic system allows smooth lifting and lowering of the mixing head for easy material loading and discharge.
Step 5: The operator can manually control the hydraulic mechanism for precise control during operation.
